Express options may be available depending on the availability of the item, for a few additional dollars. It usually takes us 3-4 business days to process an order. Return and exchange policy
Returns and exchanges are accepted on all of our Medical Scrubs (excluding those from the clearance section). Returns and exchanges must be made without any damage, with the original tag and within 30 days from the date of delivery. Shipping and Handling charges are however non-refundable unless we make a mistake. All returns may also be subjected to a 10% restocking fee. Restocking fee is not applicable if you wish to exchange for a different size or style. Send us an email at support@escrubz.com along with your order number to obtain more information on returns and exchanges. Return shipments should never be made directly to Dickies Uniforms. They must be sent to our store address listed below along with a copy of your order confirmation email.

Very reasonable wholesale rates are available on all of our Medical uniforms, lab coats stethoscopes and medical instruments from ADC (American Diagnostic Corporation). The Hip Flip Collection, the Real Fit Scrubs, and the W Line may also be obtained at bulk rates for either personal use or for resale. You do not have to be a retailer to buy medical uniforms from us in bulk. Keep in mind that branded wholesale scrubs are not always cheap to obtain.
